One of our earliest ADU projects, this garage conversion was designed to create a comfortable and welcoming living space for a family member moving into the home. The existing garage was thoughtfully transformed into a fully functional single-bedroom ADU with added flexibility for family use.

The layout includes a spacious bedroom, a full bathroom, a bright living area, and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional sleeping area was incorporated to comfortably accommodate children, making the space ideal for multigenerational living while maintaining privacy and comfort.
